This project involved a complete renovation of a beachfront condo in Marina Del Rey, down to the studs. Key changes included reconfiguring the main floor by relocating the kitchen and removing walls to create an open-concept living space.
Throughout the home, all doors were replaced, and new finishes and flooring were selected to lighten and brighten the interior. Each bedroom and bathroom was renovated, including the double-height loft bedroom with stunning ocean views. The design was transformed from a late 1980s style to a high-style, modern aesthetic that is casual enough for coastal living yet sophisticated enough for a chic beach pad.
